Hot Flashes

My wife successfully controls (minimizes) hot flashes with vitamin E, C and B6.

She takes 400 IU of E, 500 mg C and 100 mg of B6 in the morning and repeats the 400 IU of E in the evening.

I’ve heard her say on more than one occasion “Ah shit! (She is such a lady) I forgot to take my E and now I have a hot flash”.

It obviously works very precisely for her. I hope it helps you too.
